Later on, when life has moved forward and you’re settled on the couch, you’ll look at the painting hanging on your wall and instantly feel the day again—the energy, the warmth, the meaning behind it all.

Simply fill out the form below, and Hanna will reach out within a week to confirm date availability and arrange an initial consultation call. Once you’ve connected with the artist and given your approval, a 50% deposit will secure your reservation.

FAQs

  • Once your inquiry lands in my inbox, I’ll do my best to get back to you with my availability within a week. From there, we’ll chat through the basics via email—I’ll review any mood boards you share, and I’ll send over a copy of my live painting contract.

    Next, we’ll schedule a quick phone call to get to know each other. This is a great time for you to ask any questions about the process or the contract, and for me to gather details for your future painting.

    To officially secure your date, I require a 50% deposit of your chosen package along with your signed contract.

    About a month before your wedding, we’ll reconnect to finalize the plan and go over any updates. After that, the remaining 50% will be invoiced and is due before your wedding day. And then—before you know it—the big day arrives!

  • It depends on the scene you’ve chosen to have painted! I usually arrive 2-3 hours early at the location to scout out the right composition to fit the package you’ve chosen.
    If you’ve chosen a specific moment, ie, first kiss on the altar, heading down the aisle, first dance, etc, I’ll arrive early to find the best angles and lighting, and capture the moment on camera to be painted.

  • I bring almost everything, a standing easel, easel light, and all tools of the trade. All I require is access to a power source to plug in my easel light, and a small table if the venue can supply one. I will communicate with the venue or your day of coordinator to make sure everything is in place.

  • I am focusing on serving the Bitterroot Valley. However I am absolutely open to any location! Drive time to venues within an hour from Stevensville, MT is included in all packages. Travel outside a 50 mile radius of Stevi will be $.50 per mile both to and from venue. Over two and a half hours traveling requires lodging for night of event or compensation equal to that of current local hotel costs. Over four hours traveling may require lodging for the night before event and night of event or compensation equal to that of current local hotel costs for both. Extra travel costs may include tolls, airfare, and other forms of required transportation.

  • If you’d like to find a beautiful frame to compliment your piece, please do! However, framing is not required to immediately hang the artwork in your home. The sides of the stretched canvas are finished cleanly. If you choose a frame, glass is not necessary as the gloss varnish protects the painting.

    As with any work of art, avoid placing it in an area that receives direct sunlight, which could cause the paint to fade gently over time.
